Returns Policy: 30 Days No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee!

At Bravo Jewellery we understand that some items just might not work & we value our relationship with you. We guarantee that our items are exactly as described and that the quality of our merchandise will meet or exceed your expectations. If you are not delighted with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days for an exchange, store credit or a complete refund (return shipping charges are not refundable). Item must be brand new, unused, unaltered in any way and in the same packaging as received. Special orders and pre-orders are a firm sale and non refundable. Loose diamonds and earring/body piecing items are also non refundable.

Every effort is made in ensuring your jewellery is mailed in impeccable condition. If, however, an item is damaged en-route to you we would be more than happy to assist you with a replacement (if available), credit (if necessary) or a refund (if preferred). Please remember all our packages are insured so your shipment is covered against theft, loss or damage. Return packages must also be returned via fully trackable post to qualify for exchange or refund (no exceptions). We are not responsible for lost mail.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The refund will be made in the same manner the payment was received: PayPal payment are refunded via PayPal only, for Bank Deposits please advise the bank details for the refund to be processed to. Processing time for refunds may take up to 14 days.

Why add the hassle of figuring out shipping costs when shopping. We offer free shipping anywhere in the world!

Once your payment is processed and received by us we will prepare your items for despatch.
Your purchase will be sent out within one working day of your payment being received & verified. All purchases are sent out from Sydney, Australia via fully registered and insured post.

Delivery times will vary depending on the destination & are the responsibility of Australia Post.
For guidance on delivery times for international destinations please refer to Australia Post International Post Guide. International parcels are sent via Airmail.

We now offer PLATINUM EXPRESS POST for next day delivery. Only for Australian customers at a flat rate of $14.99. Purchase prior 3pm.

We are located in Australia and ship worldwide. We ship items daily. Delivery times will vary and are the responsibility of Australia Post. Generally the delivery times are as follows:

  • NSW 1-2 days
  • ACT  1-2 days
  • QLD  2-4 days
  • VIC   1-3 days
  • NT     3-6 days
  • WA    3-6 days
  • SA     2-4 days
  • New Zealand   5 days
  • International 10 days

EXPRESS POST PLATINUM: next day delivery. Within Australia only. Purchase prior 3pm.


Missing Parcels

In the unfortunate event where a parcel goes missing in transit a replacement item will be sent out if available or a full refund will be provided. We assure you that whilst missing parcels do happen it is a very rare occurrence and has absolutely no risk as all parcels are fully insured.

Please note that normal Australia Post dispute resolution times apply and no refund or exchange will be given until the process is finalised. Whilst we understand that it can be frustrating it's the only way of verifying that the parcel is missing with Australia Post.
